Back to Reality

My weeklong home repair hiatus is over. Theher and I got a bunch of stuff done. She put in a new bathroom floor and redid the bathroom walls with wainscoting. I finished up around the kitchen and bathroom with trim and floor molding (we had already replaced the cabinets in the summer and fall), and I grounded a few more of the old outlets around the house. One of the things we'd already added to the kitchen were these cutouts between the kitchen and the dining room. Not sure if we realized what we were doing, but they make a great perch for Julius (AKA Dangercat).

Also, in the world of local politics, it's good to see Darcy making another run at it against Dave Reichert. I really hope she takes Kos's advice (in the Update at the bottom).
