As Barney Frank made his surprise announcement on Friday night, Bill Maher demonstrated a lack of knowledge about what's going on his back yard as he made it seem as if the medical marijuana clubs in California aren't facing any threats. This is definitely not the case. Even those who try their hardest to adhere to California's medical marijuana laws can still find themselves sent away to prison by the federal government.
