Obama's Backwards Drug Policy Positions

Radley Balko gives Obama and the Congressional Democrats some very well-deserved criticism for supporting the Byrne grants that were responsible for a number of problematic drug task forces, including the infamous Tulia case, which sent nearly 15% of a town's black population to jail on phony drug charges (I'm not sure if the movie about that case will be released before the election).
